Sometimes we feel like to eat light and yet not the routine meals consisting regular rice dal chapati veg. We crave to eat somrthing different which can fill the stomach but not really unhealthy. No fast food either. Sandwiches in such situations are perfect and fits the desire.
Cucumber /kheera 2
Paneer / cottage cheese– 200 grams
Tomato – 1 big no.s
Brown bread Slices – 12 no.s
Black Pepper – 1/4 Tea Spoon
Salt – as per taste
Green chutney to apply on slices.
wash and finely chop tomato.
Wash, peel and finely grate cucumber.
Crush or crumble paneer with hands or woth the help of back of spoon.
Cut the outer hard sides of bread slices with the help of knife.
Apply sandwich chutney on one slice.
In a big bowl mix well _ crushed paneer, grated cucumber, tomato pieces
Now add salt and black pepper powder and again mix so that spices mixes well.
Spread stuffing on a bread slice equally and put chutney wala another slice of bread on it. Press this stuffed bread slice little bit by your palm.
Finally cut the stuffed bread slice in two parts vertically. Repeat the process for rest of the bread slices too.
