Multigrain beetroot pancakes 2tb sp suji, 1 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tb sp wheat flour, salt, red chilly powder, 1 beetroot grated, 1 tbsp curd.
Mix all ingredients with enough water to make batter of idli consistency.
Make pancakes on non stick tava with min or no oil as u may like.
