Pomegranate Potato raita

Surprisingly high in fiber, one of the most important nutrients for sustainable weight loss , pomegranate is a healthy and refreshing fall treat, but there are plenty of other tasty ways to incorporate this delicious fruit into your diet. One of the delicious way is to include it in raitas. 
Recently learnt from a friend this preparation as we read wont actually be convincing but try it... reality is totally different.This recipe is fantastic. Awesum combination of potato and pomegranate one cant even think of, turned out to be a delightful dish. 
Now every other day we end up making it as it is so quick and easy to make.


Ingredients 
400 gm thick curd
1/2 cup milk
3 medium size potatoes
Oil to deep fry potatoes (can saute instead or airfry it)
Half bowl pomegranate seeds
Green coriander leaves n mint leaves few chopped
Jeera powder, kala namak, laal mirch powder
Meethi chatni (sonth) _ optional

 METHOD
Boil potato and chop into small chunks. 
Deep fry or air fry or saute in little oil.Keep aside to cool.

Churn curd and milk together. Add jeera powder, black salt and red chilly powder. Whisk well.

Add pomegranate arials and coriander n mint chopped leaves.
Now add potatoes too.mix. 

Serve chilled topping with meethi chatni...😋😋
