Summer is when you enjoy it the most not that it is not welcome in any other season.
Sweet lassi is a delicious summertime drink that, if taken when the sun is at its extreme, keeps you cool. It is also fortifying with its protein and calcium content. You can make sweet lassi in a variety of different ways using the same basic curd stock. Here is how to make sweet lassi.
In a mixie put 3 tbsp curd, 3 glass chilled water n few spoons of ruf ahza or rose syrup. Sugar as required. Churn n serve!
