Spinach blanched 1 cup n pureed coarsly (without water)
Boiled potatoes 4
Gram flour 3_4 tbsp
Corn kennels boiled1/3 cup
Suji 1/3 cup
Red chilly flakes / powder
Chopped coriander leaves
Jeera powder 1 tsp
Ginger juliens few
In a bowl mix mashed potatoes, spinach pureed n all ingredients mentioned above except suji n oil.
Make soft dough. Apply oil on palm n make small tikkies out of it. Coat these tikkies with suji all over.
In pan roast tikkies with little oil.
Serve hot with chutney, chopped capsicum n grated cabbage, raddish
